Views are not so good.

Studio suite was new-fashioned and the food was well presented. Brilliant views of the bay and modern facilities. The hotel of choice in Darwin.

Truly enjoyed my fab stay for 2 nights. The room was wonderful and convenient with an exceptionally good view of the sea. It had a soft bed and included a good bathroom a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. The location was pleasant and super, just a pleasant stroll away from an excellent marine aquarium.

Perfect and great room plus with nice amenities. Super location at a medium distance from The Mall: )

Beds were bad.

It was in a marvellous and lovely location with Crocosaurus Cove nearby. The breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, the check in was efficient.

Reasonably priced, good value for money room with all the right facilities. Convenient location - steps away from The Mall. Right by the airport, and the restaurant.

Beds were a little hard.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice shower, good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room and bathroom.

My husband and I had 4 days at this hotel, as a getaway sans kids. Staff were anxious to be helpful. We were given a room upgrade from city to harbour views. Room was very well appointed, lovely decor, very clean. Overall a very nice stay.

Had to pay $10 a day for parking, but at least it was very secure.

The hotel is modern, very clean and attractive. Our room had a beautiful view but mainly we were impressed by the service. the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Really, we were treated very well indeed and this made our stay so much more enjoyable.

The staff was helpful and the swimming pool was good, with the Darwin Wharf Precinct and other city attractions nearby, all in a central location.

I didnt like anything about this hotel. My request was for two double beds was ignored, I recieved an email from you to ring them direct as they were not answering your emails. When I rang to confirm my request I asked if the room had two double beds, spoke to Raymond 7 was told " Yes madam twin share room" a number of times. I did not understand that statement to mean two single beds. Upon arrival I was told that there were no rooms in the hotel with two double beds & then down graded a floor from rm 1705 to possibly the smallest room rm 1602. The girl with the mole on her face (I could not read her name badge) who checked me in was very rude & did not show any empathy with my situation. Ie my four day stay was for my aunties 80th birthday treat All staff including some restaurant staff I found to be rude, unhelpful & dissmissive. The hotel was dirty & 16th floor smelt due to a spill of some thing digusting in the hal way

The hotel was well located and central. The breakfast was very nice in the restaurant. The secure car parking was good. The bed was comfortable.

The rooms weren't very luxurious considering the price. We didn't have a hairdryer. The airconditioning was loud and not efficient. They didn't provide us with any breakfast in our room on our last morning, we were leaving before the restaurant opened and our breakfast was included in our rate, however they would not accommodate us with room service.

I absolutely loved this place! The location on the fashionable esplanade was perfect, with amazing views of the seaside. The staff here were so kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, perfect for sharing with friends. The furniture was really comfy and added to the overall cozy vibe of the place.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, it was such a great experience staying here.
